Sound Insulation:
This is a basement studio. You will hear steps from the 1st floor because New England house structures are old and sound travels easily. We have added thick sound insulation in all walls and ceiling to reduce that as much as possible, as a result, 95% of guests are not bothered by the sound. However, you will still hear steps. This is not a bunker.
